Vivarec OÜ warehouse lighting project

LED lighting is becoming increasingly popular in warehouses due to the many benefits it offers over traditional lighting options such as fluorescent and incandescent lighting. Some of the reasons why LED lighting is important in warehouses include: energy efficiency, durability, better visibility, long lifespan.

The project was performed in the Vivarec warehouse space of 925 m2 in Tallinn. Lighting is achieved with luminaires ProfiLED (Ledistys) and Resisto (Sylvania):

• The average luminance of 450 lux on the work surface;
• Fixing height of luminaires is 7 meters;
• The luminance increased while the electricity consumption decreased up to 45% compared to the earlier used 400W HPS and 2x58W luminaires.
